Where do you ship?

We only ship within the United States. We are unable to ship to AZ, AK, CA, HI, ID, MT, NV, WA, and WI due to the U.S. Domestic Japanese Beetle Harmonization Plan. Our small business does not have the means necessary to comply with the requirement of providing a phytosanitary certification.

Do you ship all year?

We do ship plants all year! Plants that are purchased from about October until April will be dormant. The plants you receive will be the roots of an herbaceous perennial or the dormant top and roots of a woody perennial. During the dormancy period your plants will not need much watering. If the ground is still workable in your area you can transplant directly and let them get nestled in for the winter.

Plants purchased in the Spring before May will not likely have new growth. We are in Zone 5, and our plants may be further behind than the plants in your area. Once your plant arrives it will start to wake up if put in a warm, sunny spot.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled before they have shipped.

I am not happy with my order. Can I return or exchange it?

We do not accept returns or exchanges of our products. If you are not happy with your order and you want to request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 3 days of receipt, by emailing us at bumblerootsherbal@gmail.com

You will need to include a description of your issue and pictures of the plant you received to help us address your problem.

Can I request a plant that you do not have listed on the website?

Definitely! We have many plants that we are working to get listed on our site. If there is something you are looking to acquire, please reach out to us. We would be happy to help you.
